From the last 5 years I am into Fulltime coaching. Trained Handful of National Medalists. Many students went from 1000(Old rating) to 2000s/2100s Really quick. Best skills
In the first lesson, I go through a list of positions with the students, try to understand their thought process and discuss their moves. Then, I analyze the games of the student and determine their strengths and weaknesses. This helps me to prepare specific course material for the needs of the student.
