I think Lichess made a mistake here.
In this position it was declared a draw due to insufficient material.
But can't my opponent just get checkmate with Bb1#, why is this a draw?

I think that the draw got immediately claimed because white is FORCED to play bb1 which is mate, and I know there is something about that

White made a draw offer (or resigned), and it turned into a draw claim because it's impossible for black to checkmate white by any possible series of legal moves.
I wish the text would say just that: "Draw claimed by white (impossible for black to win)". Same with timeout vs insufficient material: "timeout vs impossible for <color> to win".

It certainly was an extraordinary ending (though not a mistake by Lichess as pointed out by others).
I wonder if White overlooked that 32.Bb1 gave mate with the rook in g3 and thought that Black could reply 32...Qxb1 "mate"? Hence the resignation, if that's what it was?

It shuld be 0-1, though, shouldn't it?

I believe this changed quite recently. Since 2023 the Law states:
5.1.2 The game is lost by the player who declares he/she resigns (this immediately ends the game), unless the position is such that the opponent cannot checkmate the player’s king by any possible series of legal moves. In this case the result of the game is a draw.
So if White resigned in the final position, the result should be a draw.
