Go to the community tab, and click teams. There will be a thing that says new team. Just fill out what it asks for.

one way is that besides normally logging in (first factor), a code (edit: not a message, though it’s a message with a code) will be sent to you by text, email or phone to verify that it’s really you (second factor). edit-there are other ways that don’t involve a code.

i didn’t see anything about 2fa when i went to that page. you can try, and see if it wants 2fa at the end.
